    The board was re-named Over 50's Money Saving some time ago :)

    The name needs to be the one that welcomes everyone over 50 not just those who don't mind the reference to being called a silver saver. I for one intentionally avoid this thread because I object to being categorised and called a silver saver. Over 50's or Fab Over 50's is a lot more welcoming I think. Otherwise I will definitely avoid this thread altogether as silver saver sets the wrong tone for the thread and I'm sure others are avoiding this thread as well because of the name.

    That sounds like cutting off your nose to spite your face.
