Senior Savers is quite a good one.(AKA HRH_MUngo)
Member #10 of £2 savers club
Imagine someone holding forth on biology whose only knowledge of the subject is the Book of British Birds, and you have a rough idea of what it feels like to read Richard Dawkins on theology: Terry Eagleton0 -
i dont mind the existing name.0
-
Don't mind really, but Silver Savers is better than Golden Oldies.0

It's not so long ago that the members descriptors were changed. Perhaps it's time to drop the Silver Savers descriptor, which I suspect was created quite a few years ago when the site was first designed.
I don't feel it accurately describes the over 50's, in the same way that a board header Spotty Yoof Savers wouldn't accurately describe that group......................I'm smiling because I have no idea what's going on ...:)

I think someone is making a problem that doesn't really exist. I haven't read any comment so far that disagrees with keeping the current name.0 -

I've gone for Over50s MoneySaving because Silver Savers MoneySaving is a cliche, as well as being repetitive.
BTW what is the correct house style?
Money Saving (space)
or
MoneySaving (no space)?Trying to keep it simple...0 -
House style appears to be MoneySaving.................

I vote for Over 50s MoneySaving because I am (just!) and I intend never to be silver, so there! (Not that it doesn't suit some people:o)
I tend to associate Silver Savers with people a generation older than me - 70+, haha! Maybe I'm in denial.........[0 -
I like the Senior Savers suggestion and would vote for that if it was an option!"If you dream alone it will remain just a dream. But if we all dream together it will become reality"0
