How do I know if they have excepted or not.?

Well done on the stars Mama :D

I've got blackout curtain things in DB's room which seem to work, although they never did when he was a dink. I'll try to remember what I did to get him off to sleep, sure there was lavender involved somewhere in the process....

Just caught up again from the weekend - lots of pages again!!

I have Halifax - no idea if they have accepted or not!! I suppose the fact that I can't do anything online now with the account is a good indicator that they have received the paperwork!!

First payment has gone to the creditors so am now on the way, however, as with others the interest would appear to be more than I'm paying in some cases! I had a service charge of £12 on the Next statement, what service would that be then??:(

    Details are:

I am the queen of blackout! 3 kids by the time my eldest was 4 so I needed to be on the ball! Actually, this seems to be the first year they have adapted to the time change very quickly, maybe cause they are now 8, 6 and 4. BUT there was a time when I had to do this.....

blackout curtains with extra blackout linings attached
then tuck the extra lining in under the window sill or blind
have also been known to sellotape extra blackout to window frame for whole summer, plus lots of blankets to fill the gaps
the only downside is they shout for mama if they need a wee as they can't find their way out

when the time changes move the bedtime by 15 mins every other night until they are going at the desired time again, so its not a big shock....thats what worked for me anyway..

    Speaking of summer.....ITS SNOWING

Hi nanny, posted earlier about Halifax, they didn't write to me or acknowledge the DMP at all but I get paper statements and the charges and interest were 0.00 and the min payment was changed to the DMP amount offered, so it looks like an acceptance (fingers crossed)
