Im dealing with EGG at the moment and they have been ok as have HSBC. LLOYDS TSB have been ok too. However, I m not sure how long they behave like this until the next round. They are only accepting short term agreements.

I can get quite excited on the phone and get very angry too. I have found overall to just take a deep breath and speak slowly and clearly. This helps me to focus and not get upset. :eek::eek:

Hi VICB, Barclaycard haven't acknowledge my DMP either but my statements i have recieved, and my online statements have the CCCS repayment amount set as my minium repayment, i don't think they're chucking on interest. Apparently it takes 2 payments for them to acknowledge it. i hope they don't pass it to Mercers all they do is ring apparently!

Oh well i'm pretty p$%&* off at the moment, I didn't get the job I applied so feeling a bit down. I can't even go to Aldi's to get wacko bars . The jobs situation is pretty dire where I am.

Have a good weekend everyone, i shall be having a No Spend weekend entertaining myself up with a huge amount of ironing!:jx

Barclaycard have done the same with my 2 accounts, I get paper statements, nothing added on either.

Sorry to hear about the job, keep you chin up though - something will turn up.

And can I send you my ironing too?

:grouphug:Dodgy group hug for you gabriella - sorry you didn't get the job you applied for, the right job will be out there for you. NSW for us too, payday for dh isn't until tuesday, its been nearly a 5 week month for us so there's nothing left in the budget! Plenty of ironing here if you need some more to keep you entertained!

As usual pages and pages. Mama don't stress and check your statements, CCCS made a wee mistake for one of ours and added an extra £1100:eek: to the balance, I just checked the statement and amended it on the online thingy and it was fine.

True that was a pity about the course, I was keen to hear as I fancy it as well if I just had the time.

My goodies are barclaycard:T, no calls no nasty letters just accepted and stopped interest and charges and amended to the min to the CCCS payment, painless.
Also Egg:eek:, who did the same and did everything they said they would .

Pains in the bum are Lloyds (don't get me started) and RBS, stange how both of these are state owned more or less, tells you something????

just hugging the sofa now this afternoon as was up really early to get train home, weather was lovely down south, and orrible here, so I went down with the wrong clothes and nearly died of heat exhaustion humpfing my case and laptop around a strange city looking for a hotel which no one had heard of, still nice this morning and didn't put on the extra layer, now got hypothermia and wet rot cos its still orrible. You just can't win:o

Have you phoned egg naughtymummy or have they contacted you? I've heard nothing at all from them since the initial call in Jan. Statement online seems to indicate they have not stopped interest but then they will have only received the first cccs payment yesterday.

Sorry about the job Gabriella, could you try mystery shopping? This can be quite good. Sometimes they have jobs that can be done online? Fingers crossed something will come along soon.:):sad::)

Good to see you back PDD, did your small english business men behave? Were they very small???
Will go through all statements later when gas man has done his thing (he's been here 6 hours so far, and I can't keep up with the tea( he'll only have one if i do!!!!)
My vote for a goodie goes to m and s its only a small amount (about a 40th of our dmp but they've been polite, to the point of friendly and have done everything they've said, amended amount and payment date in line with cccs even though we aren't paying their 1%. But they are going to default me.....wish they'd hurry up!

They have been phoning me. Bit of a long story. I never changed to my married name. Silly me sent letters with my married name. Then they had no details of account, of course not. Every time they have phoned I have told them that I am going through CCCCS and given them my reference number. They have said fine we will just wait for the paperwork. On wednesday I sent my original certificate to change my name. They called this morning said they had not received it yet and would put it on my notes. Not alot happening really. I have the collections number and a name if you want? I dont know if I am allowed to give it over the site or not?
Im sure they are slapping interest on though. Too scared to look.:o:o:o
