Hi all; just joined and have a DMP with CCCS who have been brilliant! unfortunately Lloyds haven't been; won't accept letters or payments from CCCS, and now are phoning me all the time!! arghhh!! I thought that once the DMP had been running for a while (6 months) it would all be smooth running!!!
Hiya Bambiloo!!
Welcome!! Did you bring cake?
Lloyds have been a nightmare for someone else on this thread - Newbeginning, I think? Not sure what to suggest to make it better other than perhaps a complaint to the Ombudsman or something...Paddle #8 DFW Nerd #12840 -

Equifax alert stating a default has been added to my file, which is fine i dont mind at all, but the company name is a CLUB 24 LTD loan?
The account number ends in 8842, which is the same as my Northern Rock loan, Northern Rock have accepted.
The Northern Rock loan is still on my credit report as 'Arrangement To Pay', yet i have had this alert?
Have they passed it on? Aren't they supposed to tell me?
Ooo very interesting, and rather odd, because I thought they had to inform you once a debt has been passed on. Are their any contact details for this Club 24 Ltd on your credit report? Whats the date of the default? Perhaps give it a few days to see if anything comes in the post and then give NR a call and ask whats going on?Paddle #8 DFW Nerd #12840 -

Morning everyone!
Well seeing as I have an unexpected free day, I think I might just hover about the boards for a bit! Decided not to go into work today, seeing as I was frying until gone 10pm last night I'm pretty shattered and looking forward to a duvet day :j
Will do a few bits that need doing, shift some pennies around for next week, dye my hair, nothing too strenuous :rotfl:

Yay, well done!
Today's our day for that as well! Have this afternoon off work, meeting my husband for lunch and then we're sitting down and stuffing envelopes, then heading to post office for mail it all out.
Today was payday and the first day of pay going into our new account - absolutely amazing to see it in credit!0 -
Good morning & Happy Friday! :j:j
Received a letter from Barclaycard (have yet to acknowledge DMP) saying due to my 'situation' they'll cancel the PPI on the card, which should hopefully help...well, that's very nice of them, but it would still be nice if they accepted the DMP!
Anyway, the Sun is shining and I've work to do!Paddle No 16
