I think Lloyds, Cap 1 and HSBC seem to be the clear winners in the total b******s category, not sure who are the clear winners in the nice guys category? Any proposals ladies?

Ooo we should make them certificates to send with our token payments :rotfl:

My vote for nice guys goes to, erm.....let me get back to you on that :D

Completely agree on the b******s awards! :D

If pushed I'd go for Next and Virgin (MBNA) for being 'nice'.

On the 'We haven't got a clue what we're doing' front, I'd go for Capital One! :D

All interesting reading… we have MBNA and Next from the good list, and Cap 1 and HSBC from the bad list!

    How are Natwest?

I know, OMG my response was OFHHTBHTH -you can probably guess what that was.....gas man is here(please fix it, please fix it) so can't go through all folders and phone cccs but am guessing its charges and interest...from before those that accepted did iykwim.

  • Natwest are on my list, I got a letter from them saying as long as CCCS payment is received with next 28 days they'd play nice and stop all interest and charges. Defaulted me straight away as well - still cant see that as being a good thing though.

Well remembered True - It was me and lloyds, they haven't rang me for ages though, just slapping on charges left, right and centre, suppose that's why they're staying quiet.

Either that or they haven't paid their phone bill like CrapOne!
