They can't get through but if they use the automated thing, somehow they are able to leave a message on the 1571 service, but it doesn't ring. I decided to phone them and when I was told I would get no more calls I thought I would keep an eye on it to see if they really did stop. With truecall you can press a button to send all the calls made and received to the web account so you can view and thats how I know how many times they have called. Should I see if they call today and if so send them a letter?

I'd send a harrasment letter now tbh. Did you get the name of the person you spoke to who said they wouldn't call?

Yes I've been removing my work number, feel stupid for putting it in in the first place now. Fingers crossed.

He told me his name but I couldn't make it out, it was Raja... something or other. BUT I can print out evidence that I called them on my truecall web account....

Oh ideal, although do you want them to know you have truecall? And to be fair, they shouldn't need evidence that you've called before if you're sending the harrassment letter.

I could always print it off the BT account instead although it takes a few days to show the calls made. BUT, I will send the letter tomorrow even if they don't call today.

And anyway, because we home educate, I think I am justified in rejecting non-emergency calls, its the same as people getting calls at work....

How much do postal orders cost nowadays? I like the idea of keeping creditors away from my bank accounts, but don't like the idea of having to spend money to pay them, if you see what I mean.

We'll probably be paying £450 or so a month in total, but to lots of different people.

True, sounds like for whatever reason, the A shop isn't happening for you... you've the rest of your life to try it so no worries, you're doing just brill!

PDD seems to have gone off the radar as well as Nataz... reminds me of the spooky bit in those pantomimes where one person disappears, then another.....

I *think* the problem with Shop A is that I really don't know what to expect when I walk through the door! I can deal with Tesco because I know what it looks like, where the baskets are etc. Will get DH to take me.

I hope they come back soon!!

Is 450.00 the amount payable through the DMP? Are you using CCCS or Payplan or doing it yourself? 450.00 in postal orders will cost a fortune extra :eek:and you can make token payments of 1.00 to each creditor for a few months until you get yourself sorted.
