Hi Candypop,
yes, early days, it took mine a week or so to notice they weren't paid.. which bit are you finding most scary?
Probably waiting to hear from my creditors is the bit I'm finding scary at the moment..... and wondering what they will say. One thing tho when I read my welcome book from CCCS I'm sure it said that defaults remain on your credit file for 6 years AFTER the DMP finishes which in may case means my credit file will be shot for 12 years!!! Not that I want to take out any CC's ever again but my car is sure to bit the dust before then. Well I will have to save save save. Maybe I have read it wrong am going to double check when I get home.0 -
Hiya Pollywoggle!!
Welcome to our little clan! Great username btwPaddle #8 DFW Nerd #12840 -
Candypop - I'm sure defaults fall off your credit file after 6 years, I mean the creditors can't default you more than once and they won't hang around to do that. I hope I'm right, but let us know what the paperwork from CCCS says!Paddle #8 DFW Nerd #12840

Can't believe the problems you're having with BoS Nat - it certainly sounds like they don't want their money! How hard can it be to give you your account number! Numpties...
Well I've had my first response - a letter from Moorcroft saying "you said you'd pay us £5 a month, and you haven't etc etc". Can't even be bothered to call them to point out that my letter sent last week with a postal order sent via recorded delivery has been signed for....but I guess thats my first acceptance! One down, eight to go....Paddle #8 DFW Nerd #12840 -

Still no news from me, still being stalked by HSBC & Barclaycard.
I do remember someone saying they spoke to a nice person/actual human being at HSBC but I couldn't remember who it was? I've had a quick look over the thread but can't find the post now
Anyone got a number for HSBC? The one I have just puts me through to morons 'r' us.
Thanks x

good Afternoon my lovely people,
welcome pollywoggle, great name, even for the dog!!!
Not a lot happening here either, statement from M&S to tell me that I haven't paid all of the minimum payment and a default from them in the same post, hey ho.
Candy, I think you've got that wrong, they can only default one debt once, so if your original creditors default you it will fall after 6 years from that date, if it was 6 years from the end of the DMP, we might all as well go jump in the river, and to be honest it would make doing a DMP a waste of time iyswim?More than Two Years in

Hi Vic,
It was me. I spoke to a lovely lady. However she phoned me so sadly I cant help any further.
I am having a nightmare with HFC Bank. They wanted my original marriage certificate and now I cant speak to anyone other than someone saying I have £17.02 outstanding this month. Then going through every ##';f;d question for me to say " look i am going on a DMP and through CCCS please contact them!" Do you think they listen? NO. Oh madam can I send a book for you to pay cash?
When you call these call centres abroad they have no idea sometimes.
Im sorry , having a bit of a rant. Not a happy bunny at the moment.
Hello everyone, not been here for a while too busy at work. I hope you are all ok? NaughtyLive for Today, Nobody is guaranteed Tomorrow:happylove0 -
