Why would dead relatives suddenly be able to foretell the future? I can understand a need to believe that we can communicate after death but why would we think dead people gain another sense?

seriously - who invented time? man of course - and do you know of one man who on working on a car will say its a twenty minute job - and two hours later you are still waiting to go out?
of course if you are talking about different dimensions then time works differently in all of them.
Oh and i am not insane - many eminent scientists believe in different dimensions of time or space.
only energy is constant - it can change but remains constant. hmmmmmm unless in future - a scientist can prove otherwise!

I have seen ghosts & had a warning given to me by my dead father, but in a very subtle way - He popped into my head & it was like a little scene playing out between him & someone else - call them Ruth & he walked out of his kitchen in disgust at them. It was just an idle day dream as I was weeding - nothing dramatic, just a bit odd. I didn't really think too much about it until that person Ruth from the daydream who lived hundreds of miles away appeared minutes afterwards & they were not to be trusted it turned out.............
It was quite striking & so relevant.

I have seen ghosts that I thought were real people at first.
I have also had an out of body experience when involved in a road crash & so did my Mother who was also in the vehicle.
I take these things as 'normal'.
I've known three people who had many pyschic 'gifts' that would never sit down & tell your fortune - they would just come out with stuff. One of them gave me the names of my present OH - who I hadn't yet met then, by names I mean the three names that he's known as by different people - his formal name his mother used, his shortened name that I & his friends use & a pet name that favourite Aunts & friends of his Mother used - she said you'll know him by three names. It made no sense at the time, but 6 months later - boy did that make sense.
She also said where I'd move to by describing what I could see from the kitchen window. I poo pooed her & yes - a few years later when I had moved house I was gazing out of my kitchen window & remembered what she'd said & laughed - it was so accurate.
Loads & loads of stuff.

I have met and visited a genuine one many years ago, and what she told me changed my life, everything she said about the past, present and future came through, and she was the only one to give me hope on a very serious matter.

My circumstances was so serious, and in fact I never stood a chance on a positive outcome, everyone turned thier backs on me, everything was against me till I saw her, and she gave me the strength to go on and get the positive outcome.

I know people scorn at them, I did, as I thought it was all karp, and most of it is, but because of my life and what I went through to get the outcome she saw, I feel that I cant slate them all off.

I can give you all part of the story on another post later on, if you want to read it and you can make your own minds up.

I am a regular poster on here, but for obvious reasons have come in using a different nic, as I feel quite strong in a way about how this women turned my life around, I thank her for how my life has turned out today.

jakem - gather your courage hun and tell us all about it!

I wouldnt describe myself as a medium but I too get flashes of intuition (especially when doing reiki or the tarot cards and at these times i am invariably right! if i try to do it - its pure rubbish).
I pity those people who dont believe in anything that cannot be proven by scientists or that they cant see, hear or touch themselves. what a rich world they are missing out on!

i love any thing like that i have had good readings and had ones where i have sat there thinking what a load of sxxt. each to there own some people feel comfort in it like my partner when his dad died , even though it may be sxxt. if it beens comfort to people let it be. i am going to see tony stockwell and colin fry soon yes
