if its the supply/demand issue thats driving prices up, then why the huge dip in east anglia, has there been massive job cuts there recently?
It seems strange that asking prices have fallen anywhere, given the publicity that has been given to this "mini-boom" we've had/still having, id have thought sellers would be steadfastly refusing to budge their asking prices down.0 -
