May I have my star please. It's very wet here so the cream floor tiles in the kitchen are getting a hammering. I'm going for dark grey slate when we replace them this year. (or next year - finances depending). .

It makes no difference you just get to see the sugar and dust and webs and margarine on it.. and miss the jam blobs which you find yourself stuck too... and it is gross!

I'm having a lattice floor which I can sweep and the muck through into a void beneath.. or I may go medieval and lay new floors over the manky one.

Well all considering I didn't do too badly. Took me all day just to do the bedroom again as I sorted my draws and wardrobe out and decluttered of clothes I don't wear! Under bed wasn't too bad really, had to put some stuff back under but hoovered underneath so all nice and clean. The curtains I didn't manage, thats for another day, maybe tomorrow, depending how I feel after having two teeth out :( Stocked up on painkillers anyway.

Making banana loaf now as I have some manky looking bananas that no one would eat.

Oh forgot to add, my laptop died a death this morning.:( Think little hands were involved as it was fine first thing and the DD2 came upstairs and said "Mummy the computer is broke"!. It won't turn on now and no power seems to go into it at all as you would at least a light to come on but nothing. So I have taken it to the pc doctor. I really hope its not terminal as its only just over a year old. Out of warranty of course . So on DD1's laptop now.
