Monday ~ Kitchen, Utility and Dining Area
Level One ~ done :j
Level Two
[STRIKE]Sweep and mop floors
Wipe units/appliances
[/STRIKE]Clear and wipe a cluttered fluffy shelf!
Level Three - done :j
[STRIKE]Tidy, clear and wipe the top of the washing machines and dryer
Clean one small appliance thoroughly.. microwave, kettle, iron, [/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Clean deterrgent drawers [/STRIKE]


Extras

1. Clean paintwork
2. Order and organise the packets and jars and tins.
3. [STRIKE]Sort the utensils.. half melted spatulas are not necessary!
   
4. HHI.. then wash the ironing board cover![/STRIKE]

Tuesday ~ Hall, Stairs and Landing!
Level One ~ done :j
Level Two
[STRIKE]Dust and deweb.. dnon't forget lightbulbs and shades!
[/STRIKE]Scrub front door.. inside and out!
Wash [STRIKE]any curtains/draught excluders and [/STRIKE]doormats!
Level Three
Empty and declutter the cupboard under the stairs.. you do not need the junk that has been in there for a million years!
Degunk, dejunk and clean the porch.. how many pizza leaflets do you need to wipe your feet on?

Extras

1. Wash windows and nets/blinds
2. Wipe and water and furry plants
3. Wipe paintwork and door knobs
4. Sort coats and bags and shoes

Wednesday ~ Living room and other reception rooms!
Level One ~ done :j
Level Two
[STRIKE]Dust all electrical appliances and polish screens
Wipe and water plants
[/STRIKE]15 minutes filing and 15 minutes deleting rubbish off the computer.. useless emails, old files, updating spreadsheets etc
Level Three
Sort through a bookshelf.. a different one to last time!
Make any important phonecalls you have been putting off
vacuum under furniture you can move safely

Good afternoon. Thanks for the b'day wishes for yesterday. I had a lovely relaxing but also decluttering day.

Our house is improving all the time with the help of pigpen, toots and soappie.

DS1 has come home from uni so he has promised to work hard to help me make some more changes. Today we are putting up some blinds I found on Freegle.

I've done it...:j, I've cancelled the insurance.:D Dufus on the phone wanted to charge me £25.00 for the priviledge...in the words of Captain Mainwaring from Dad's Army 'You Stupid Boy'...anyway RESULT. Its cancelled and no charge.

Also remembered to put book in work bag for colleague.

Make a will and get hubby to do one also.

Declutter numerous phone charger and cables that are breeding in this house.

Do mileage.

Look for new car.

Didn't get anything done yesterday, ended up crashing out in the afternoon and then was absolutely chin strapped by 10 so went to bed. So today is catch up day.
Waiting for friend's nice husband to come round and check my wall unit that has decided to come away from the wall:eek::eek::eek:.
Still decluttering lounge so that we can crack on with DD2 sewing project. Will update later.

Just had to brave the outdoors (very cold here) to clean DS1s footy boots (he's 11) and before anyone says he should be doing them himself - I've tried, he leaves them upside down on the back doorstep to dry, then a quick bang before he needs them again and hey presto.

They've been so wet lately and refusing to dry and he's been trying to bring them in to dry but the stench was too much for all of us :eek:, and I told him unless they were thoroughly cleaned they weren't allowed in (thinking soggy boots for PE would teach him a lesson).

What happened? I very cleverly asked him about the state of his boots and he said, " oh wet again", I said "don't you meant, still wet?" To which he replied, " Oh no, they were dry when I put them on, I was sat next to the radiator in maths and so I put them to dry" :eek::eek::eek:

I asked if anyone complained about the smell (you can't imagine how bad they smell, the mud from the school field must be a special mix!) but he says folks who sit near him are used to smells (he's Eddy but Eggy to his mates :rotfl:)
