    Good morning all!

Sorry for AWOL yesterday :o. Hubby's on annual leave this week and I always struggle to get anything done when he's hanging around !

Think I'll do a bit of dusting now, while he's still snoozing! Then I'll get the vacuum out to get him up :D

Hope you're all ok, not had the chance to read through the thread! Love to everyone!

    Morning everyone

We have rain and I doubt we'll get snow, but those inland may.

Also looks like I'm going to have to walk to work. There's a furniture warehouse fire just down the road from me (Rach - that reclaim one on the back road near Aldi and sort of behind the pub on HH Road) and the main road there is closed which means my bus won't be going through there.

It's also sort of next door but one to the garage where I dropped my car off yesterday  I suspect this may mean that my car might not get fixed today. But, I'm glad of the rain, at least it'll wash off any of the suspected asbestos :eek: from the fire....

The cynic in me wonders if there'll be a planning application for more one bed rabbit hutches some time soon - it's a nice big plot!

I might just plan my walking route to work past the scene. I have a camera in my handbag

I use the small brush attachment on end of my dyson.... it gets rid of all the bits and bobs :D
But I would be interested to hear what others do, to deweb :p:D

That's just what I do - used it on the porch yesterday which, believe me, was NOT pretty and it did a really good job. DH likes the Dyson DC01 pull along, I'd like to try a newer one but this is working well and I like to keep the peace ;)

Feeling much better today thankfully although looking out we now have some snow - too wet for it to stick I hope but it's definitely gone colder. I'm helping at our local Church office for an hour today and also need to walk the dog, do some typing work, do my list for today and got a GP appointment at 5. Despite this I want to sit down for 30 mins and do some knitting quietly so I get some me time as it's very important.

MSD, don't feel bad about only posting the once daily and not doing the lists - I love to see your posts when I come down in the morning first thing so don't ever think otherwise.

OK, best get dressed and get casserole ready to go into SC for tonight. Have a good day everyone!

I've done about 2 hrs of filing in the last couple of days and I've now got it down to a very small pile I can't get rid of lol Need to delete some emails though as they seem to be breeding.

I've made the beds and packed littley off to school, opened the blinds and curtains, loaded the DW and put the cat out. Gonna bung mince & onions in the SC shortly.

Most of the LR done yesterday so just the odds and ends on the list to do although don’t feel like doing anything tbh. Had a really bad night and am worrying about DS. Am having big problems with him at the moment and think he is suffering with depression – don’t know how to cope and where to start with helping him icon9.gif

Not read back on the thread so hugs for those that need and congratulations to those for any achievements

    Morning

As predicted I slept better last night :) Just done the school run but got to pick W up at 9.30 for an appointment that was only confirmed yesterday then this afternoon it is messy church for which I have to remember to take my toaster! We are having beans on toast for tea.

Just got time to have a :coffee: and get some of this paperwork filed before I go.

    Good morning!

Don't know how much I will get done today, problems again with ex so my mind is going everywhere and not on housework! He is an alcoholic and very unreliable when it comes to see the little one. He had promised her he will take her swimming today and decided yesterday to go up North to see his Grandad instead. Whilst up there he had a seizure (gets them regurarly when he is off the drink) and ended up in the hospital where his Mum works. So been on the phone to her this morning and also to his ex wife who lives in Florida as they have a 9 year old boy together who is asking question about his Dad as he has not seen his son since he was like 1 year old. She is freaking out over there as she wants her son to see his Dad before he does something to himself or drinks himself to death. So not having a good time at the moment. Will see how far I get and report later. Sorry to moan.
