    ?QUESTION?
:confused:Was washing and polishing my toaster today - its a stainless steel one, and in the past it has been hit by olive oil etc when frying and it leave smudgy marks (IYKWIM) and I've tried fairy liquid, spray degreaser etc and can't get it to come up like new (shiny no streak marks), any suggestions?

My local chemist sells this stuff... for a pound.
Spray it on, leave for a few minutes, and then wipe
It is great, and really does the business on my hob :D
I also use it on my kettle and toaster, with fab results.

By the way what is the best technique of de webbing.

I use the small brush attachment on end of my dyson.... it gets rid of all the bits and bobs :D
But I would be interested to hear what others do, to deweb :p:D

    Rosepink - kiss.gif
Lady-L - smooch.gif If you are reading sweetie, then feel better soon please.
Toots - I spoke to LadyL at length tonight and gave her everyones love.
Jinkypinks - Not sure decluttering the alcohol can be counted as part of your flyladying stars...:rotfl:
Mumof2 - hugs to you hon, glad you aren't going to stop posting when you are down, that is when a thread like this can help the most!
MSD I have decided in my capacity of star giver that you will be awarded a puttytat for the days that you post -I know you are unable to do the lists but like LadyL we like to know that you are ok and around - and after all the lovely carols you posted at Christmas I think you deserve it - you are often the first to post in the morning so you get us going.toots xx

Oh Toots :o I have no idea why you would even think of me, but I am really touched. I have to admit I often feel slightly on the outskirts 'cos I only usually post once a day and cannot join in the whole list excitment, though I do grab ideas off there for the homehelp occasionally but not sure you can win stars via a 3rd party! :rotfl:So thank you very much for the puddytat award! Not sure I deserve them as much as the very special LadyL, but thank you so very much.

Thank you also to everyone who mentioned Tris. You are all extremely kind and thoughtful. The news as of just now is that he has concussion and broken bones but as yet, no internal problems which is good. The driver of the vehicle is not doing so well though, and could use your prayers and thoughts please. They were on the way to the hospital for his appt apparently.

will go see if I can find and make a list.

If you can't handle me at my worst then you don't deserve me at my best...
Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the little voice at the end of the day that says I will try again tomorrow.
  • So my lists today are:
Feed the cat at least twice
    Brush the cat
    Sort and delete 30 emails
    reply to emails
    Clean bathroom sink
Spray bleach on the bottoms of the shower curtains
    Email R
    Fill WM and put on

    Extras
    Move T's emails to folder
    Post on the GC thread
    Ring Doctor
    Do freezer inventory
    Keep busy and distracted
Keep leg up as much as poss.
    Email homeopath

Have a good day - with love and light and flylady hugs to anyone who needs them.

Dont feel on the outskirts by only posting once....
I normally only post once later in the day... as do a few others. And there are also a few who only post once in the morning :o
