Hi Ladies!
Can I join you?
I joined SW in November and have lost a stone already! Really pleased as I still have a lot to go, 2 children in 2 years not so great for the figure but well worth it!!
I am going for my club 10 target hopefully in the next 6 weeks! Have found some lovely recepies and my 2 year old loves all the SW items that I have cooked so far!
Can highly reccomend the Homity Pie in the new issue of the SW magazine. Its lovely and I have some in the freezer for when DH is working evenings!
Weigh in tomorrow, hopefully have done well. My jeans are feeling loose! A good sign I think!
Good Luck everyone
Kate

I know what you mean Kate, I had 3 within 2 and a half years and jumped up several stone and dress sizes. Am only just getting sround to dealing with it now and the youngest is 5!!!!!!!!WW Start Weight 18/04/12 = 19st 11lbsWeight today = 17st 6.5lbsLoss to date 32.5lbs!!!0 -
My little boy is only 6 months but when I fell with him I was still carrying some of the weight from my daughter!
Have decided that 2010 is going to be the year that I get my body back! When I married my DH 5 years ago I was 10st 7lb! so that is what I am working towards!
I have found Super Noodles Low Fat ones are fab to stop me snacking in the evening and they are free on green so am making sure that I have a stock of them in the cupboard!

Well it's weigh in 2 moro night for me, and feel a bit better this week.
It's taken me longer to get in to the swing of things this time round but I'm getting there.
Can Marion please give me the recipe for her rice.
I had a look in the shops for pudding rice but wasn't sure what make or measures to use. Everybody seems to love it and it sounds great.
Hope you all have a great week and I'll let you know how it goes.

Lola - Marions rice - cooked pudding rice mixed with yoghurt. (Fruit added if you want it to compliment the yoghurt) I use about 1/2 of a cup of rice per person.0

Cook 1/2 cup of pudding rice in 1 cup of water for about 20 minutes (I use my remoska). Remove from heat put into a bowl, add fruit and a complementing muller yogurt and mix together! ie rice with sliced banana and toffee yogurt, rice with frozen blueberrys and a blueberry yogurt, rice with mandarin segments (chopped) and mandarin yogurt. For best results eat straight away while it is nice and warm! Tastes really nice and is very very filling! Also free on SW green and EE so can be made any time you fancy it really!

Thanks Skint_Catt
What kind of pudding rice is it you get? Is it semolina? I don't think I like semolina... and do you need to soak it before you cook it. All I could see in shop was basmati rice etc and didn't think it was that. It'll make a change from the toast and laughing cow.

In tesco its normally above the freezer in the same spot as ice cream cones/cornets. It comes as rice granules, flaked or ground, I always get the normal rice granules.

It can be found with the normal rice in Asda - top shelf red box. It's just 'pudding rice' no need to soak or anything.0

I should point out that only the short grain pudding rice is free. The granules, flaked or ground rice is not free! In my Tesco is it not with the rest of the rice, it is in the pudding section where the sell jellys etc.
