  • Ok, so WI isn't until Wednesday but I can't wait!! I think I've lost about 2lbs in my first week, which I'm really chuffed about! I want it to be official now!

    Been doing really well, even managed to have 3 G&T's (2.5 Syns each with slimline tonic) last night at the pub quiz so I don't feel as though I'm missing out on anything!!

    Today's menu:

    B: Cherry Mullerlight and 2 tangerines (all free)
    Snack: 2 light Laughing Cow triangles (part of HEA)
    L: 2 slices wholemeal bread (400g loaf - HEB) with 2 Light LC triangles (part HEA), Cherry Mullerlight (free)
    Snack: 2 apples, 2 tangerines (free), 1 Light LC triangle (part HEA)
    Milk for tea (1/2 Syn per mug): 2 Syns so far!

    Not sure what I'm having for dinner - might be a SW pizza, so will be another 2 1/2 Syns.

    Starting weight: 11st 4.5lbs :eek:/ Current weight 11st
    Mini Goal 1: 10st 11.5lbs (1/2 stone)
    10% Goal: 10st 2.5lbs
    Mini Goal 2: 9st 9.5lbs
    Goal weight: 9st / 2.5lbs to MG1!

    Lost 1.5lbs this week :) Fairly happy with that though always wish for a bit more ;)

    If I do that every week from now until the wedding I'll be a happy bunny!

    Yay well done Catt!!! So what did you do this week differently that seems to have spurred it on abit as I remember before crimbo you were a bit stuck? And well done emma too, what a fab week!! My highest loss in one week so far has been 4lbs.

    5 Scan bran a day plus a bit of *cough* slimfast *cough* :o:rolleyes: (Just trying to give me a kickstart - I'm not leaving SW!)

    I'm surprised you had time to eat anything else at all with all those scan brans swirling around your system.You must have needed a fair few loo rolls....:p;):D
