THe number I rang was 01638 554500 which is the number on the promtional thing that came with the notebook.

Not totally sure who Krystan Halley is but got the name from a previous poster. It worked for me so give it a go. Good luck.

That's the number I used. I think she is the person at Oxford handling this promotional campaign. She is very pleasant and helpful.

I received an 'admit one' Odeon ticket this week but when I checked the back, the t&c's said can't be used within the M25 - I live in London, so of no use to me.
I called the number on the apology letter and was told that they would send me a £5 Odeon voucher instead, I told them that's not enough to get into a cinema in London so as long as I send the voucher back they will send me a £10 Odeon voucher.

Not too pleased by this as I paid £3.99 for a note pad I didn't need (no cheap ones left in stock) and now I'll have to send back the ticket with recorded delivery. I wish I had the foresight like another poster to keep my receipt so I could return it once the tickets arrived.
A lot of hassle just to save a couple of quid off a cinema ticket!
I'll stick to getting them from KGB and CityDeals in the future.
