Just seen this in WhSmith Norwich so don't know if it's nationwide.
If you buy an Oxford notebook A5 or A4 at the moment WhSmith have £1 off all of them which made the cheapest £2.49.
They have a sleeve on them with Sherlock Holmes on. With that sleeve you can send it off with the till receipt and they will send a free ticket to a cinemaworld or a 2 for 1 multi-use entry card.
It also doesn't sepcifically say you have to use it to see the Sherlock Holmes film.
We were going to see this film anyway so we got a 'free' notebook and entry for £2.49 plus 2x postage.
Hope someone else finds this

Apparently Tesco have a spiral bound notebook for £2 in this promo.
Just to clarify you get to choose whether you want the cinema ticket or 2 for one card.0 -
what was the code in order to claim the free ticket?
Clue is 'enlightenment reveals the key' but I just cannot work it out!0 -
WARNING If you are going for the 2 for 1 card be sure to check out the list of independent cinemas first - they don't tend to be in the big cities

hi its a clue to hold it up to the light and it reveals a code- a bit like when you get a new pin number and either put a piece of paper under it or hold to light.:)0 -
This is info from the original HUKD thread.
Buy a promotional package (Sherlock Holmes) Oxford notebook (cheapest £2.49) from the likes of Tesco / WH Smith and get a free Cineworld ticket OR a 2-4-1 card (3 month validity) for some independent cinemas.

*** You need to send an SAE (stamped) to get your ticket - so 2 stamps is an additional cost. ***Save saynoto0870.com in your favorites, and stop giving companies more £££ dialling 0870 numbers when you can dial freephones or cheaper alternatives
call your credit card company, tell them that you want to leave, 99% of the time theyll lower your APR%
Remember when that Bank Manager or Salesperson smiles at you, all he sees is £ notes. Dont forget the motto, "the wider their grin, the more debt your in"0 -
