They don't seem to be a huge corporate with multiple offices, for you to contact head office for example.

I think the details above are the only way to get hold of them. I'm sure they've probably just been a bit overwhelmed by the take up of the offer, but indeed - pretty useless if the use-by date of the tickets which haven't even been received yet, is tomorrow! :eek:

I'd be demanding 1) them to honour the offer and send tickets, and 2) make sure they send tickets with 3 months to use FROM RECEIPT.

I called the telephone number on the website today as i sent 11 vouchers off (needed books for work) had already spoke to office and they said it was fine to send them all together however must photocopy receipt for all of them.

It seems mine have got lost by royal mail, i have checked my royal mail track and trace as sent recorded and they are stating they are lost as over 15 days old, it states to put a claim in for this but how on earth would i claim value for these as the vouchers i sent were free with notebooks although the value is a cinema ticket? Hmm really unsure what to do.......any help would be appreciated.....

Anyway, Royal Mail can't have lost EVERYONES?!

Isn't it funny that in trying to encourage us to buy Oxford notebooks they have effectively now put everyone off!



I sent off a voucher and an sae, clealry not going to hear anything so won't waste my money on their overpriced notebooks again - there are cheaper ones with just as good paper!

No its one per person so i called and explained how many i had and the lady explained what to do, they were very helpful.... if you sent it recorded i would check it as mine has been lost not sure why others havent been received yet, its worth a call to chase

Anyone claimed on royal mail before and any advice how i would evidence this loss, bit if a weird one?
