    Well, I complained as per previous post and it still has not arrived, however my sister got a £10 odeon voucher yesterday, mother in law got £10 voucher Saturday and neighbour got 2 x £5 gift vouchers for odeon-no expiry date last week -all ordered by me!
    Still virtually alcohol free since 4/1/15. (10 Xmas/ New Year/Birthday drinks)
    It takes 3500 calories to lose a pound in weight. Target 13 lbs weight loss. 18.5lbs lost 2nd May - 28 September.

    If you email Kyrsten Halley she will sort any vouchers, to get my vouchers I had to threaten to write to Tesco's to complain about one of theirs supplier and they replied!

    Oxford were very helpful and are going to exchange my Odeon ticket for Cineworld. :)

    Oh do you have the contact details for Oxford? I got an Odeon ticket which is of no use where I live :)

    One phone then an email to Krysten halley ([EMAIL="KyrstenHalley@HamelinPaperbrands.co.uk"]KyrstenHalley@HamelinPaperbrands.co.uk[/EMAIL]) and I got a £10 cineworld gift card this morning after 3 months of waiting. Almost written it off. I did put in my email that odeon voucher was no use to me as nearest odeon 25 miles away. So now am well chuffed will be saving it to take the kids to see Toy Story 3 in July.
    Must thank all on this forum who gave my sufficient encouragment to pursue when I thought the game was lost.
