aww bless him, at least he tidiedBoiler pot £30.92/£10000

tidying up and then coming to tell you what happened is so reasponsible of him Snags.
Ames - nah, GP messed up and a test came back a bit skewed :rolleyes: Had some blood tests for blood salt and magnesium levels and he sneaked in cholesterol, glucose and liver. GP forgot to tell me to fast and I had dinner 11 hours before the test and 2 big shortbread biscuits 10 hours before. The glucose test came back very slightly raised at 6.3 (top of normal is 6.1 but diabetes is 7.7 apparently) so I have to have a blood test, drink a glucose drink, sit still for 2 hours (great) and then have another test.
OH is loving it :rolleyes: He has always 'told' me my cholesterol would be high because I'm overweight (his family sadly has a genetic cholesterol issue which claimed his mum and brother at a young age which he refuses to get tested for but tries to use against me) and now I know it isn't. He has now told me that my test tomorrow will definitely come back raised again. Gives him - in his eyes - something to use when he goes on about my weight. I've said it won't. Obviously I'm a prime candidate for Type 2 diabetes, but I've had tests for diabetes before and they always come back negative."Stay Wonky":D

Thanks for the lovely comments about Ryan, I'm really proud of him.
I just asked if he wanted a cuddle and he said 'Not yet but I'll come back in a few minutes'. :rotfl:"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
I had to have a glucose test with Ryan because....can't remember actually....maybe my bump was bigger than it should have been? (Imagine that, having a bigger tummy than I should!!
)
I had to repeat the test 3 times because the first time they forgot to tell me the rules and the second time they lost my results.
I remember saying that if they didn't want my stomach to grow, maybe they should stop making me drink pints of neat syrup!"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250
