    The first 2 pages of this thread give the basic rules and some discussion! Work out how much you'd get at https://www.entitledto.com, then take off..

    -insurances
    -transportation (I assume a bus pass)
    -tv licence
    - electricity, gas
    - any other monthly bills you would have to keep paying

    whatever is left over is your budget for the month.


    You then have a couple of choices for where to post..

    1. start a new benefit challenge thread

    2. join in the dfw grocery challenge thread

    3. I'm trying to do £60 total grocery spend for August and have a thread about that (somewhere), feel free to post on that one.
