Pitkin, I'll take your last posting as a no.

I have nothing more to say oopsadaisy, megagun who ever you are. Obviously too afraid to use your main ID and have made a new ID just to keep a dead thread going.

So they have donated £50million to charity and put £500million through the family owned publishing business. Presumably the family business does rather well out of this publishing deal.
I hope they earnt more than that last year after all they are a business and not a charity a very simple fact to find out by asking a very simple question!!!
Everyones opinion is the most important.....no wonder nothing is ever agreed on.

I'm presuming you're talking to me [and not pitkin] with this bit ...... FWIW I was being a little, teeny, weeny bit tongue in cheek when I wrote that [as the second half of the post should have made clear].

Well, not you specifically, but that sort of general attitude.

Saw them out and about in my local Sainsbury...had a word with the manager...he thought it was 'all a charity thing' and was a bit peeved when he realised it was actually a business piggy-backing on the name of a charity with a very tenuous link!!!!!!
