    I hope when the Director gets your letter and your demand that the poor Customer Services man get fired (for doing his job)... he rips your letter up and gives the man a pay rise and promotion :D

    Seriously, get a grip. You didn't like a service you were paying for... you cancelled it... what more do you want from the Customer Services man? He listened to you rant... he informed you he only deals with account queries... he told you the most effective way of getting your complaint heard...

    I agree with a previous poster, that your call will have done more harm than good. Your account details probably now read as total loony ranter :p

    Oh I was nasty to a BT lady one day as they'd kept me hanging on for 40 mins. Took the face of the poor woman.I had been trying to get a problem fixed for a week and with the hanging on again and again I just lost it. The poor woman told me to hold on a minute she'd be right back.The minute the rant was over I knew I should never have done that. Felt so bad for taking it out on her. Apologised to her for the way I spoke to her the minute she came back on.I even asked to speak to her supervisor and apologised..I was so embarassed. never ever spoke to anyone like that before.

    Anyway we had a laugh about it at the end of the call. Knew it wasnt her fault but she was the poor soul that got the brunt of it.

    OP seems to think she has done nothing wrong,but neither has the poor guy at the end of the phone.
  • Well congratulations OP. You have proven that you are an utter prat on so many levels.

    Firstly, you have the affrontery to complain about being on hold for a few moments whilst you queued up to run your mouth. You are an utter prat on this level because its people like you that create the queues you complain about.

    You rant and rave that the service was bad - you voted with your feet when you stopped using them. If you wanted to give them feedback why not do it when you are still a customer?

    My betting is that you are a jumped up !!!!!! who likes the sound of your own voice and you get a little power trip from giving others who can't really answer back a hard time.

    Perhaps you should call back and apologise for being such a !!!!!!.

    Good grief, it whiny assed crybabies like you that cause these people so much stress. I had to do it once myself to put food on my table, reading a boring script was one thing, dealing with people who were rude, nasty and thought they knew my job better than I did was another.

    Cracking rant OP.

    I can see a market out there for a company to be set up to take obscene and abusive phone calls from irate consumers. Maybe pay a subscription for it or something.

    They'd make a fortune out of MSEers.
