How much have you made from Ebay.

I am in the middle of having a massive clear out and should hopefully get about £300 from ebay sales.
I would be well chuffed if I get this amount as it would make a nice dent in my credit card bill.

How much has everyone made after they have had a massive clear out??

  • I'm just about to make an easy £50 after fees with ebay for a few bits I will never use and never miss!!

    :D:D
  • This year so far... £22.50 once I've subtracted all the fees and p&p. Not bad considering it was mostly from stuff I would have otherwise thrown away.

After fees and postage I have taken about £100 on ebay and £500-£600 on Amazon.
Admitedly I have been cheating as well as selling my own crap I have been buying stuff cheap to sell, but have been making clear profits :)

Remember anything you buy to sell you need to declare for tax purposes - ebay can and will report to the tax people if they think a private sellers account is being used to sell as a business... and you don't want a fine for failing to declare :) Not very MSE at all!

I have difficulties with a site llike Amazon, where unwanted goods have to be sold and could not be returned.
