Quick update:
ive made £75 so far on e-bay - last auctions finish tomorrow so it might go up a little bit moreQuidco will pay £19.64 this month with about £150 more tracking so well chuffed with that and ive made £31 in MSing, so thats £125 cleared funds towards Alton.
Ive had £30 petrol vouchers through from when I renewed my car insurance last October with Hastings - what a swiz honestly! I've been chasing them since Christmas and was expecting vouchers but ive got 3 'tokens' which I have to redeem. I have to buy 3 lots of petrol - has to be over £10 - and has to be in 3 consecutive months and save the receipts then send them all in by the 15th of the following month & they will send you a cheque back! Talk about complicated! Probably to put people off claiming. Well I will be claiming and they'd better pay up!
Ive had my new power figures through and the bill is going down by £22 a month so good news there too and £40 not yet tracked through quidco.
I've been paying extra on my asda card and yay! I will pay the extra £357 off in April so the 1st 0% is paid and I start payments on the 2nd Adsa 0% from MayIts got £2677 on it with a 0% till the Sept 10 statement so I hope to have paid a chunk off that one by then.
I've not said but OH got me a greenhouse for mothers day ! lol! I started a bit of a veg patch down the garden last year and it did really well even tho' we've got heavy clay soil, so this year we've doubled it in size and a lovely new greenhouse to boot! Its not here yet, it arrives Wednesday and I just can't wait to get stuck in! Plus OH can have his shed back lolSo hopefully it will pay for itself by giving me lots of lovely toms/peppers/cuc's/chillis - the list goes on lol and its only 6'x4' and also by keeping me out of the shops! I will be too busy pottering!
So, i'm keeping my eyes peeled for MS's but there don't seem to be many at the mo, and i'm going to have another big list on ebay this weekend to try and keep my income up and my clutter downand anything I dont sell i'm going to put in a carboot.

Haha, yes I know, just call me Barabara Good! I do get quite obsessive with 'things' as you know lol - Its arrived today and i'm desperate to get it set up, thankfully we have a bit of time over easter and then im going to take a weeks leave to look after my new baby!
Ebay has finally finished and ive earnt a whopping £130.09!!!!! Cant believe it! Ive got lots more to list but am changing broadband on 7 April so will wait till thats done incase it goes pear shaped and im without internet for a while.
Quidco has paid £19 today so it brings my Alton Towers fund up to a very commendable £195.64thats the hotel paid for
Also, OH has 2 band jobs booked in April so thats will be £140 for the pot which leaves me just £15 short of my £350 target - i just need a couple of MS's and its mission accomplished!
Now all i need is some sunny weather pleeaaassseee cgxCC Debt: Jan 10 £21,660 now £8,170 hurrah!0 -

Wow Barbara Good indeed. You've been so industrious. I'm loving the AT fund and I notice that there is a spa fund in the offing as well. I've got one of those planned in the Autumn as well and have £40 in the pot so far.
I can't believe you've done so well on ebay. I've given away quite a few bits this week on freecycle. Mainly because they'd be difficult to sell and package and tbh I just wanted rid. I've still got a smallish pile of 'stuff' to ebay though once this exam is over.

I know the spa tin just sort of crept in :)I draw out out a weekly family 'allowance' and if there's anything left it goes in my secret tin - its an old purse actually that is well hidden!
I can't believe how well I did on ebay either - its really motivated me to do it more often, and I staggered the listing times so it wasnt such a chore to wrap and post them all off. Im only waiting for 1 buyer to pay then I can cash it all in hurrah!
Did I tell you ive got a long service award (red face) 25 years at work! I got a certificate and £150 vouchers which ive already spent on a new bathroom cabinet!
come on sunshine I want to get stuck in to my garden! cgxCC Debt: Jan 10 £21,660 now £8,170 hurrah!0 -
:hello:Hi guys, its been a while, I am now with BT for broadband and the xfr went quite well apart from my MAC code not working so I phoned to chase and it created a new order so I dont think my £50 will pay from Quidco.
Weve been to Alton! had a fab time, it was DS2 13 birthday so we got is photo on the new thirteen coaster (its very good!) and had a great couple of days even though it was fffffreeezing!!!:D
I made my £350 target: £130 e-bay £19.64 Quidco £7.27 Amazon and £66 MSing so £222.91 from me and £140 from OH 2nd job has brought us in above target at £362.91 :T so an expensive but less guiltly trip
Now my broadband is sorted i'm going to have another big e-bay listing session and hope to make another £100.
The greenhouse is going up tomorrow - hopefully still be standing on Sunday:rotfl: I planted about 100 peas in March with nothing showing yet so I emptied my drain pipes and there was only 1 pea left! Blummin mice or pigeons have had the lot! so another lot have gone in now under cloches I will have peas this summer!!!! cgx
Oh and did I mention we've booked out summer holiday..CC Debt: Jan 10 £21,660 now £8,170 hurrah!0 -
