So today started off badly - we are talking a shed, spilled paint and OH which all led to me 'stubbing' (understatement of year!) my toe and virtually ripping my nail off!! so ive been to work in flip flops today as I cannot put shoes on which has in turn scuppered my gym plans for this weekend! I am going to see how it is and might have to pay a visit to A&E/chiropodist!
Just updating my spreadsheet and its very bitty - its going to be a close one this month! Still don't know if OH getting paid this Friday or Monday - praying its tomorrow or I may have to contact bank to up overdraft
Can't believe we are nearly in July!!! how did that happen? cgxCC Debt: Jan 10 £21,660 now £8,170 hurrah!0 -

Money goes in, money goes out
Ever wonder where it all goes?
Well we are 6 months into the year and although we've not done much debt busting yet we have done loads and loads and loads in the house which is nearly finished now and definitely finished for this year lol!
so heres a quick update :
OH Virgin £15,434  this has gone up by £1,000 to pay for carpets
but it will mean I can pay more off the Adsa2 cc £2315 as the 0% finishes in September this year. I am trying to clear this one so I don't have to do a BT - fingers crossed we might just do it
Everything is just ticking over until September when I should be able to concentrate our efforts on the CCs
So toes on the mend, tooths on the mend, gardens in full bloom & holiday in 3 weeks! can't wait! cgxCC Debt: Jan 10 £21,660 now £8,170 hurrah!0 -
On 2nd lot of antibiotics for tooth but feeling a lot better, & managed to get trainers on today for a really good session at gym so V pleased.
OH had to have a new handbrake - but was more than this & cost £163.42! so thats left a mere £60 in the car fund but time for it to build up before my insurance is due in October.CC Debt: Jan 10 £21,660 now £8,170 hurrah!0 -
Cars are such a pain. We've got two going in over the next week. It won't be a pretty outcome and I'm sure our car fund will be worse for wear as a result!!!!Working Hard to be Debt Free - one day :A soonDFW Long Hauler 74; Mortgage overpayments MFiT-2 challenger 100Total Nov07 £36000, Sep10 £1623:o:)0
