    and make sure she understand how much she made your DS feel so bad that he feels like not trying at all..... so she had endangered his education...

    Definitely say something! They know he has problems with memory and concentration, and yet his HOY yanked him big time for something that's not his fault. So bloody unfair

    My HOY knows the sen kids, it is a big part of her job to make sure they are ok. If he really doesn't want you do anything (I know you have already done this I am just saying it for no apparent reason!) then absolute make sure he knows that she was wrong and she should be put right (what does J think of his hoy?)
    Nevertheless she persisted.
