They changed the lunch times and timetables this week because of the snow, staggering it so they dont all go at once. DS went at the wrong time by mistake, then realised, tried to go back but wasnt allowed out of the hall.....because of the weather.

Eventually got back to form, and apologised. Teacher said no worries, easy mistake etc. This aft, he was hauled out of maths to go to head of year, who rollocked him. She kept asking questions, but wouldnt give him chance to speak, then told him to find his teacher and apologise. Stormed off before he had chance to say he already had

He's a good kid. His report yesterday said excellent for effort in all subjects. This had made him so upset, he said he cant be bothered trying anymore. He's special needs, does 4 different extra curricular classes to help his problems including one that is trying to help his memory/organisational skills. Surely they can see he's a good kid, who's trying really hard but has some problems.

    Eyes leaking now

Jesus christ what the hell is wrong with his Head of year?? That is awful.

I would ring and bloody tell her she was out of order.Bully!
    Nevertheless she persisted.

Spud.....am so angry   don't give up until you get a full retraction and an apology (in front of his classmates preferably). What a nasty piece of work. :grouphug:

Thanks girls. I was worried it was me over-reacting and being protective. He's still talking about it and upset now.
