  • Am ok Pap, would just moan if I posted on my diary!

    xxx

Well as long as you are ok. I am sure a moan would be good, I moan/laugh/cry on my diary(s) it helps, it really does. I guess having a 'outlet' is fab, I know some like to keep their emotions hidden though so thats fine :D Take care anyways :A

    Yes all eaten :)

    4 Tablespoons SR flour
    4 Tablespoons sugar
    2 Tablespoons cocoa
    1 Egg
    3 Tablespoons milk
    3 Tablespoons oil

Mix all dry ingredients then add in egg and mix and remaining liquids. Put in mug and place in Microwave on full power for 3mins...voila Chocolate Cake. I split this quantity into 3 ramakins and this gave us all a bit (6 of us)

Thanks. Might have to try this tomorrow as I have all the ingredients in...

In fact it would be rude not to...
