Thanks Guys
Well what a traumatic few weeks. Lots going on but all sorted now. Dh is back and we've sorted our differences out. I suppose it had built up for some time. He moved out for a few weeks. It was both bliss and miserable if that makes sense. DD's were fine as he said he's gone to look after his mom.
Unfortunately I haven't been doing all things mse:mad: and I have ended up with a very disappointing signature for this month. Mainly because of the lack of time that I've had to post etc etc.
We went to Devon Cliffs at Haven last year but were lucky because dd's went back to school at the beginning of the second week of Sept. We booked the caravan through a private site. Not only was it alot cheaper but also alot nicer. This was our first holiday in 3 years and we thouroughly enjoyed.
We are definately, somehow, going away this year. I thought maybe Weymouth, Haven. DD's love the entertainment program and activities there. I've looked at the prices and because they go back to school earlier this year it will cost just over £1,ooo :eek: I can't find any private letting sites for this park that look reputable at all ! So if anyone has any good ideas or knows of any other sites where they have similar enterainment and discos for dd's please feel free to share!
I haven't lost any more weight but haven't put any more on either! I have still been attending meetings. Luckily my weigh ins are free because I help out. So this week I will be tracking, walking etc
I haven't even done any competitions !!!! or clicks!!! or freebies!!!
What a miserable month - I feel very low and completely drained. Obviously most people who know me wouldn't think so as I've usually got my "happy face" on.
So I will be picking myself up, dusting myself down and getting on with it:rotfl:The past is over & done & cannot be changed. This is the only moment we can experience - Louise Hay"You, yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection."-- Buddha0 -
Good to hear from you!
Glad you've been able to sort things out at home, don't worry about not mseing - some things are more important!:)
We quite often go to Haven and agree the kids love it! Butlins do similar entertainment, I know you can use Tesco clubcard tokens for Butlins - not sure about Haven - or if you have clubcard. How old are your children - could you take them out of school fo a few days, know it's not ideal but after what you've been through, maybe a break will be good! Or as I've said before, you could try camping, although I know it's not for everyone!:)

Thanks C.(hugs) I don't have many clubcard points as I shop at Mr A's. DD's are 6, (7 in August) and 9.
I would give camping a go if I could guarantee the weather!! Lightweight I know!! :rotfl::rotfl: Talking of which how miserable is the weather today!!
Clicks done today but with lots going on at dd's schools for all things easter, plus dancing competions and exams it's all go. I also have to fit work in. Oh to be a lady of leisure!!!
I've got the 2nd week of the Easter Hols off so am looking foward to that. DD1 has a major project to do and DD2 has to sit her SATS. (at age 6!!). I'm stressed out about these SATS. Well I think it's more a case of the other Moms stressing me out! I find all this extra work that they have to do at home very stressful sometimes. Moan over:D
I am back on healthy eating and walking so hopefully I will have a weight loss next week.
Sending positive and healthy vibes to everyone xxThe past is over & done & cannot be changed. This is the only moment we can experience - Louise Hay"You, yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection."-- Buddha0 -
Hi, Don't stress about the SATs, it will only make her stressed and as we all know, it's hard to work at your best under pressure!! Just laugh at the other parents who need a number to know that their children are smart!:)
Have a good Easter! - Hope it's not too expensive!:)Proud to be dealing with my debts, light bulb moment: 2/1/2010, reviewed 7/1/20120 -

Hi yummymommy,
You haven't been around for a while - hope everything is ok. Just so you know, we're thinking of you xProud to be dealing with my debts, light bulb moment: 2/1/2010, reviewed 7/1/20120 -
Hi C
So sorry only just realised that you had left a message.
This year has not been a good one. Even though our courtcase came to an end we had to have a new roof.
DH and I are seperated. I thought maybe we could sort it out but tonight he text me to say that he will not be coming with me and DD;s for Christmas Day Lunch.
I am very down at the mo and finding it very difficult to snap out of it. I am usually such a positive person. After the last few years of hell I thought this Christmas would have been the best for a long time.
Its my birthday in a couple of weeks and will reach mid fourties. I feel washed out etc etc. My dd's are young and don't really realise what is happening. I feel like the house is like a prison at the mo and can't beleive dh wants to throw 16 yrs away!
I know I need to get a grip. How are you? Whats been happening? I must catch up with your diary. Hugs xxxThe past is over & done & cannot be changed. Hi Yummymommy, so sorry to hear that
I have to run, but the one thing I'd say is keep posting. I know it's odd, but you will gain strength from the wonderful people in these boards. There are plenty of people who have been/are going through the same thing and will understand what you're going through.
Things seem bleak now, but there are happier days on the horizon. Keep posting and lots of hugs in the meantime xxxx0 -
Thanks sooo much Macgirl. It's so nice to hear a friendly voice.:A
I think you're right - I shouldn't have stopped posting.
I know it sounds silly but I lost confidence to post.:o On the surface I am a very confident and "together" person. Little do people realise! I put a "face" on in real life, but in private I am crumbling.
So thank you, I will get back onto all things MSE.
Hugs xxThe past is over & done & cannot be changed. This is the only moment we can experience - Louise Hay"You, yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection."-- Buddha0 -
Even if you just posting here, part of the structure of your day for now. Then little by little you can add a new thing to focus on; whether it be yourself, your self esteem, fitness or finances.
Over the next few weeks, there will be loads of challenges popping up and one might appeal to you. I've no experience of them, but have you tried the families board?
There is light at the end of the tunnel YM, so keep looking forward x0
