Huge thanks. You're both right! I do need structure !
I spoke to my Mum yesterday, to tell her that dh wouldn't be coming on Christmas Day. I was dreading this conversation. I didn't want to ruin their Christmas. What a fab conversation ! Massive support. DD's and I will be going to hers on Christmas Day and staying over night. (They live just over an hour away). I can honestly say that I am looking forward to it now. She has told me that if plans change and dh wants to come then that's okay with her. Honestly at nearly 45 you wouldn't think I had been so nervous. We have had a very "up and down" realationship over the years for various reasons.
With these posts and my Mum I have therefore woken up with a smile on my face for the first time in weeks. :j I have a few friends that know, but I am housebound during the evenings with dd's so cannot join in the Christmas festivities at the mo. And if I'm honest I have put 2 stone back on of the 3 that I lost. As I gave my "fat" clothes to charity I have very little to wear and feel v embarrassed anyway.
Today I will -
weigh myself and set myself weight loss goals.
Bank
Do clicks on Topcashback and pigsback

Put ipod on at full blast and dance! (Will draw the curtains first obviously!!) This will lift my mood and ease me into exercise.
I will also sort DD's Xmas pressies out.
Have a good day everyone xxx

I also need to post my total debt. I think after Christmas will be a good idea though:oThe past is over & done & cannot be changed. This is the only moment we can experience - Louise Hay"You, yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection."-- Buddha0

:T Great news on Christmas :T See - all it takes is just a little effort and good things start to happen!
Don't give yourself a ridiculously long To-do list, or you won't get it all done and then will be on a downer again. Babysteps is the key here
Have you ever looked at the Flylady website? I don't mean the one on the OS board (with the greatest respect there), but the lady herself is about so much more than cleaning your house.
She is so inspirational and I think it would do you good to read some of her site. You can sign up for daily emails, where you get tips on decluttering your body and mind as well as your house.
As for your weight. I read a great tip from one of the dancers off Strictly. She said don't concentrate on how you look now - picture how you *want* to look and keep thinking of that.
Concentrate on one thing, then feel good when you've ticked it off the list. 2011 will be a great year and YOU will make it soTake care xxx

Hi MacGirl
No I haven't looked at Flylady - will do tomorrow.
Well I danced to Madness for half an hour like a lunatic, with the curtains closed of course. It did wonders for my mood though!
Sorted the stockings out for DD's and made a list of xmas pressies to get. Although it's snowing hard here at the moment so probably won't make it to the shops tomorrow.
I have my friends kids tonight as their mom is keeping a bedside vigil with her mil, who is just holding on.
I haven't weighed myself but will do so tomorrow. I used to go to WW and help out which was free. However now I can't make as dont want to take DD's with me. Tbh I don't much like the new points system anyway. So i guess is will just eat healthily and see what happens.
DH is giving mixed signals but I am just getting on with things.

Good stuff YM.. Keep on going!
I am feeling lousy from lack of exercise so after watching the SCD Results show.. I will be putting DDS to bed and then getting on the wii and having a bit of a laugh and maybe some stomach crunches!! Also no alcohol for me tonight..that's the real weakness I have decided! And its all just sugar anyway so no nutritional value!
Maybe we can support each other in our goals and track our progress?!

Hi
Thanks NF - will catch up with your diary later xx
Hi brizzledfw - brilliant idea. I haven't even weighed myself yet. Targets for both of us would be brilliant. What do you suggest?
Well I had chance to pop into flylady - but that's all. I had my friends two children to look after (last minute) over the weekend - so no chance to do anything. At least I didn't have any time to mope:rotfl::rotfl:
Tomorrow I will
Weigh myself:eek:
Christmas shop:eek:
Start Flylady - small steps number 1:T
Try and smile inside and outside as much as possible.:D
Post here:o
I have had a few moments tonight but tomorrow is another day!

Hi
A manic day today. I have now nearly completed all my Christmas shopping. I had 20% vouchers for New Look and WH Smith and some Argos vouchers - so not too bad.
I'm not looking forward to work tomorrow as I'm finding it very difficult to concentrate. I feel like I am going stir crazy as I have not been able to go out on the night for over 7 weeks. Not even a walk.
Clicks done today. DD's are starting to ask about Daddy now. Difficult to say when i don't know myself.
I have been smiling at every given opportunity today, but it's worn a bit thin tonight. More practice needed I think:rotfl::rotfl:
Take care everyone xxThe past is over & done & cannot be changed. This is the only moment we can experience - Louise Hay"You, yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection."-- Buddha0 -
It's ok not to smile all the time. Just take things one step at a time.
Hugs to you and take care yourself xx0
