How long does that require. Do potatoes take longer in the SC ?0 -
Guess what will be going in mine tomorrow! This morning I got 5 packs of diced pork reduced to £1.10 per pack (and I left loads of packs for others!) so it will be a nice pork and mushroom casserole for dinner tomorrow!"If you dream alone it will remain just a dream. But if we all dream together it will become reality"0

I love my slow-cooker but found all the cook books for them were either very American or were for really dull food so I started researching and creating new recipes. I've put all my recipes so far on a blog called "SlowcookedinBlighty" and I'm adding a couple a week. I'm not a big stew fan so I've been focussing on things that don't seem obvious for the slow-cooker like macaroni cheese, rice-pudding, veggie dishes etc. Let me know if you find it helpful!:) I can't add the link for some reason but it comes up on Google at about 3rd place if you search for the blog name
Thanks, this blog looks great! Got my eye on the corned beef hash and macaroni cheese already...Sum quod sum.0 -
Cauliflower and chicken curry.
Based on this cauliflower curry recipe, but put (without pre-cooking) in my slow cooker, with a large diced chicken fillet, 3 fat bulbs of garlic, and double the ginger.
I'm using frozen spinach, so will just put what I think in.0 -
