9:15 that twerp brought the children home.. He simply is not having them on a school night any more unless he can collect from school and have them home by 6:30.. selfish moron.. the last people on his list of priorities are the children I am certain of it.
I need to do shopping tomorrow.. and I need to get DS2 something for his birthday on Friday.. goodness knows what! oooh.. I wonder if a PC upgrade would be at all possible.. he needs more RAM ... there's a think!

I believe there are some Yankee candle fans on here & I'd like to ask a daft question. I treated myself to a burner & some wax tarts, the scent is great, very strong, but does the wax evaporate? It says the scent lasts for 8 hours, so do I throw the wax away after 8 hours?

Clean one small appliance thoroughly.. microwave, kettle, iron,
Clean appliance filters.. WM, DW, Kettle, Vacuum cleaner.. cooker hood..

BenW, I think you've taken Crafty's post totally the wrong way. I don't think for one moment she was directing her comments at you personally. I think she quoted it to add to her thoughts on how the OS Daily thread regulars were totally bemused by the sudden influx of flyladies (of which she herself was one!) xxx
Well, I have decided with the encouragement from on here, to give the other thread another go and Crafty the benefit of the doubt.

Sort out emergency box.. in case of power failures etc.. candles, matches/lighter/torch/batteries and emergency numbers.. plumber, gas, electric, water etc
Organise a bookshelf!
Check smoke alarms
Extras- Wipe tops of downstairs door frames
- Wash any soft furnishing that need it
- polish and dust all the electricals!
- Binbag dance..
