Mrs Meister is henceforth to be nagged about smoke alarms.. 1 in a 5 bed 3 storey house is definitely NOT enough and we want you to be safe. I do NOT want your poor Mr Meister having to come rescue you.. if nothing else ring the fire brigade and ask them to come do a check.. it costs nowt and they fit good alarms for nothing.. I want that little Miss Meister safe and Master Meister.
Turky.. big hugs for you.. I hope we can lend you the strength ot get through the next few weeks xx

{ersonallY i dont read peoples lists of their own extras as it is relevant to me IYSWIM but it doesn mean I dont care
Re the big debate "To Chat or not to Chat" from the tail end of the old thread ...
For me, as well as the lists, its the chat and camaraderie that I come on here for. If it was just a list of housework items being ticked off I would print it out and stick it on the wall. I've received tremendous support on here, its been a godsend at times. I will try and reduce my chat (I know I go on a bit) but I like it here as it feels like home:D:D
I often do what Mudders says, edit orig list except when needing new stars.
I do leave a line item to show anythig yet to be done or one saying (eg) Monday - all done " as its so nice to see for the rest of the week
And I do have my own extras lists which I want to keep as they help me focus on actually getting them done, and are all part and parcel of keeping the household running smoothly which is the whole point of the thing
But I promise I will reduce the waffle:D
