    How about

    Twins
    Twice as nice

I wished I had a t-shirt for afterwards though, it's too long to do for real but this is what I'd have said

    No they are not identical
No we don't have twins in the family
Yes they were conceived natrally (What a cheek to ask such a thing anyway)

I would not have been happy with double trouble but that's just me!

    Hi all,

My friend is pregnant with twins and I am getting her a maternity top for her birthday.

In the spirit of moneysaving and all. I have some black maternity tops from H and M and am planning to go to one of them shops to get some slogans on.

    Anyone got some good ideas?

    I have seen ones with:

    Mind the bump
    Babylove
    Definetly baby

    but wanted one for twins?
Any you clever lot got some better ideas???

    Mrs JG

Ps hope this is right board
It’s good to hear that you are gifting a maternity top for your friend, but make sure that you give the best one and the most important thing is that she should be comfortable when she is wearing it. You need not worry about the money, as there are good maternity tops available in the market which is affordable and good in quality. [FONT=&quot]

What dress size is your friend? I ask because the sizes in H&M are tiny! I had to go up two sizes in there :o do you really want to buy her something in a size she might find offensive, or that just outright won't fit?

Next maternity is nice and even I found the sizing generous.

I have twins, and the silly comments are beyond belief when you have your babies, I'm sure your friend won't thank you for earning them for her before :rotfl:

  • I'm pregnant and would definitely wear a slogan top, if I wasn't too stingy to pay for them :p. Am currently wearing my baggiest t-shirts, and hand-me-downs from friends.

If you were feeling creative you could get some wonderweb (I think that's what it's called) and some nice fabric and cut out and iron on your own slogan.

The best t-shirt I saw had the loopy bit of velcro on the t-shirt and came with loads of letters that had the hooky bit on the back of them. A different logo every day. Perfect.

eta: seems I didn't read the date either. d'oh

  • You had more than enough on your mind with a new baby, so don't worry about it. If your brain is even half as frazzled as mine you'll be forgetting things like why you went upstairs, so going back down and realising that you went up to go to the loo :D
