haha my 2 year old is already well on her way! She was given a moneybox that you cant open for Xmas, its already half full, little sod gets her chair lined up and can get my purse out of my bag, also shamelessly did the same to MIL and great nanny! wouldn't be suprised if there was already £50 in it!turn £100 into £10000 in 2010 member #16 £567.68/£10,000 -I'm a wiggly worm, I'm a wiggly worm, how do you do, I love you, I'm wiggly worm!0 -

reminds me to sell a bag that i bought a long time ago that i knew i wouldn't use should have saved the money.
I've decided to keep it for a week and sell all my other stuff 1st, then put it at a later date, there are a few others of the same bags selling now at a lower price so I wont be making as much as I could have been...good news, I've just been paid for a £40 bag ebay sale and 2 others, so theres £56 in my paypal acc...I havent taken all the fees of yet though, but its a start :j0 -
It is just me that keeps getting horrible messages off people on dooyou ? I've had 2 people have a go at me for saying something is useful instead of very useful, in sorry but to me useful is a good rating, I really dont see the problem, think I'm going to stick to rating people in my circle . But it's defonatly made me consider if I should carry on with it .
I'm the same name as on here if you want to add me.
Everyone on eBay has paid now so £60 up but have to take off fees first0 -

My only problem from reading through is that im based in Northern Ireland so the wholesale fairs in England/Wales etc would be a no go. Am I at a disadvantage then?
hi gerrym1984
the idea really is to research your own area, some fairs etc have been posted as others may find useful, but you in no way have to attend any of these fairs as part of the challenge, we have all really just been posting links to any sites or events that are useful and sometimes passing round ideas that sem to have worked well. good luck with it, and hope you corner the N.Ireland marketThanks to all who post comps :T0 -
ok snowed in, so planning to do alittle, so far listed a few more free to list items on ebay (personal stuff), so far nothing has any bids though, may change tactic when auctions end and no bids, not a problem though on the free to list items. I had bought some jewellery in to sell on, but again, january really isn't the month, also been looking up on BIN auctions, think this would be better in long run for retail items, costs 40p to list, but you can say have 10 of the same items in that listing, and still 40p, final value fee is 9.9% so .1% less than auction fees, lol. so after all my retail auctions have ended, will give the BIN a go, if still no takers, will hold off til after payday
may now go do some reviews and hope to earn miles fromt hat, then housework has to be tackeld unfortunately.
Hope you all have a productive day :beer:Thanks to all who post comps :T0 -

just having a kinda relax day, was meant to be a solid ebay list day but have had two days of being not quite well so as long as I get the auctions sorted that havent sold yet and then another 5 auctions ready i'll be happy
checked the bank (at last, after worrying) and all is fine, we have money and the rent will be paid .. phew .. off to get dressed and head to post office
very chuffed, auction won monday night, posted tuesday am and got +ve feedback already .. yay
couple of questions - does seller manager auto send a "your parcel has been dispatched" email ? and .. i've got 4 sets of lego to list (3 star wars and 1 city/creator) .. would you put them all in one auction or split into two with star wars on one and city/creator on the other ? i'm thinking split might be better0
