Hmmm, I've just found a couple of items that I could get £30-£40 for on ebay (maybe higher!) and I'm desperate to list them! But should I wait so they can end on a Sunday?
Also, what time generally is it best to let items end? After 6pm?[STRIKE]Total debt 1.11.10 £23,446[/STRIKE]Save £6k in 2015 #129 £6121.66/£6000Save £6k in 2016 #39 £6000/£60000 -

I would spread them out a bit ... not everyone in the ebay world shops on Sunday ... I know I rarely do (particularly if I have been having a lazy boozy weekend). Try things with different end times and durations and see what starts to work for what you are selling. There is no one size fits all with ebay, it is a fully flexible, evolving economy in it's own right.

True Eyesparky - hell, I never look at the end date if I see something I want to but off ebay when first bidding. And if I really want it and will be out at work when it ends, then I might even put in a higher bid just to make sure! Lol.
Does anyone know how to do the automatic relist thing that was mentioned on the previous thread?[STRIKE]Total debt 1.11.10 £23,446[/STRIKE]Save £6k in 2015 #129 £6121.66/£6000Save £6k in 2016 #39 £6000/£60000 -

If Amazon are not selling it at the moment for £8.99 and there are only 3 copies priced higher, then that is the Amazon market price ... if that makes sense."I hear and I forget. I see and I remember. I do and I understand." — Confucius0 -

Download Selling Manager (there is a free one and a monthly subscription one ... free one works well) and the option is there by the side of each listing. It takes a few hours apparently for them to set up the Selling Manager application to work properly but you can still scout around it and see what you get (you just can't change things whilst they are sorting it).

Hello everyone,it's great to see there's so many people doing the challenge. We now have 302 members of our club!
A big thankyou to scrooge2008 for taking care of list updates-as mentioned this will now be updated every Monday, please let scrooge2008 or myself Know if you've been missed off.The totals you lot are getting are great, and to think all this made out of really small investments (in business terms) or for free.....it's absolutaly fantastic :T:T:T
The trick for the near future is:
DO NOT WASTE ANY PROFIT YOU HAVE MADE
I know this is obvious, but when you have a 'few quid' spare and something looks to good an offer to refuse, most times it is ! So be careful.
Keep digging through items you've found around the house-and LIST THEM FOR SALE,they wont magically list themselves.
Keep your positivity,if you've had a struggle so far,DO NOT WORRY.Just after Christmas is a difficult time for many people, they don't have the cash flow to buy what they want.If your items do not sell-TRY TRY AGAIN.It really is amaizing how items that no one has bid on ,can end up making serious money second or third time round.
More later......Thanks :j"Do not let what you can't do interfere with what you can do."0
