I am going to have to bow out of this challenge, sometimes life deals us hammer blows that beat us down no matter how positive we are. All I can say is live life to the full, cherish every moment with the ones you love and don't get caught up in the little niggles that truly are irrelevant. I hope you all achieve the goals you so richly deserve and when I pop back later in the year you will all be basking in the warm glow of success. Keep smiling. :)

Have been desperately trying to catch up with the thread after being MIA for about a week only to have found this :(
Have still not finished catching up but just wanted to say I really hope you're ok. You've been very inspiring since the beginning of the thread as well as humourous ;) Will miss you many posts filled with great advice Hope you're ok and that everything goes well!! Take care of yourself and pop in if you ever need a chat ;)

lol , we went to the very busy post office to post our parcels and notised their walls are looking empty , so my hubby asked can he sell his photography in there and they said YES :j.

We cant believe it cos theres always ques of people in there who will be looking at his photos - hes sold alot in the past so fingers crossed.

(its funny how one thing leads to another, isnt it).

My fav inspirational quote is " FEEL THE FEAR AND DO IT ANYWAY"

Its from a book by Susan Jeffers ,who is amazing.

Turia , I make Jewellery , have been doing it for 10 years now. But found the past 2 years theres no money in it anymore. On ebay it got swamped
by China who can make it so cheap that I cant compete. :(.

However its nice to have the skills to make presents for people and of course for yourself. Do you have any idea what sort of jewellery you would like to make ?

Thankyou Turia :-) I've tried making everyday jewellery before but it doesn't sell on Ebay- like the other poster said it's inundated with Chinese stuff and people selling handmade pieces at ridiculously cheap prices that can't even cover their materials ! If you want to make some money from it then I suggest trying to find a niche- have you got a school nearby? Proms are big business these days!

Amber..... Big KICK for you and if that doesn't work I'll get my deputys whip out!

I need a plan of action for this afternoon- perhaps raiding the laundry basket...??!!
Just wondering- you have to put that you will wash the socks etc before you send them so what if someone innocently buys them ( ok it's unlikely) and you send them unwashed- wouldn't you get in trouble?
    Not that I'm considering it......really........!
