There are still 3 days til payday - I felt like January should have been over 3 weeks ago judging by my bank account :eek:0 -
Back from the post office-winning bidder on my UK only auction was from Australia...doh! still he paid for international signed for postage so I don't care -a sales a sale! :-) ooh must remember to write down my mileage to the post office as well. I get paid weekly, I don't get to experience all that payday excitementI have to spend the entire month saving up to pay bills at the end/start of the next one. Why is getting a day job that happens to fit around childcare so difficult these days? :rotfl:

I'll come up with what i think is a great idea, write it down, put a whole detailed, intricate plan around it about how to implement it, do step one and then stop! And then come on here, read all the ideas, refresh the page 1000 times and then go to work (mornings) or bed (evenings). Then go through the whole process again...come up with another idea...It's like i create a huge wall after step one, when the real work should start. Often this isn't any more difficult than the planning stage but i'm somehow telling myself to stop! This is why my OH and my Mum doubt me as this has happened millions of times. I think i've become so used to planning that i don't take it any further. Part of what i do for work is plan interventions for others to follow up and deliver. I also do this around the house - design new rooms and then OH does all the work! Maybe that's reinforcing the rut i'm getting in! I go full steam ahead and then stop. Same with Doo you - i wrote loads of reviews, got to the point where i was about to make money, and then stopped!! Grrrrr. Sorry to harp on! [/FONT]
I'm a bit similar Em. I am making progress with my main business idea, but I am approaching it from so many different directions that i'm drowning a bit. I need to work through a project plan in a logical order, one step at a time, maybe one step a week. First step, first draft project plan for February 1st 2010. Please can I be whipped Amber if it isn't completed

Was re-instated with the Mystery Shopping company that fired me/I walked away from yesterday, as I don't think I was the only one who was complaining, and I was on another regular project that suited both of us, so I suppose it's good news.I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear.0 -
I finally got round to ordering some of the bits to make a prototype for something that I think might sell reasonably well for me and make me a bit of money.
Just got to get the other components and then make the first item, then look into marketing it and seeing what the demand is.
Also feeling a bit under the weather today - starting to feel a bit drained, so baby must be having a growth spurt (24 weeks pregnant tomorrow).
On a brighter note, I have £37 in my paypal account from ebay sales, so that's a start at least.0 -
Lots of bills paid out this month and a very poorly car currently being fixed (don't know what the bill for that is yet), so this challenge has come in handy, just a shame I'm spending some of my 10k before the end of the year.
Blooming cold today, working on my blogs, need to get them promoted now as well.0 -

Now somebody give me a boot up the wotsit! I'm sooooo not motivated at the moment (seems like my chronic anaemia is making itself felt and even my brain is tired ...)0
