Hello everyone again,
I've added my £482.36 from Ebay sales that I listed on my £10 a day in January challenge and added this towards my £100/£10000 challenge, is this okay or am I cheating.
Sadie x
Well done! Another fantastic start.
It's up to you how you go about this challenge.I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear.0 -

excellent, i have just registered and have a couple of things listed, may i ask, have you hda your items listed for long? or do you have lots listed with them? TBH quite happy to sit back and leave lsiting there for a while if they dont sell quickly, but just asking out of curiosity.
I have £20 left from my intial £100 which i have been trying to invest of the spelling mistakes of others using fat fingers, have bid on some items, some come from china etc though (free posting) so if i win could still be waiting for my stock this time next year, ha ha, been looking through ebays completed and fatfingers site all day, really should make time for food. Thanks to all who post comps :T0 -

What books were they? Do you get an email from them when one of your books have sold then?Live for what tomorrow has to bring, not what yesterday has taken away0 -
i know a few people have mentioned green metropolis may be slow for selling books, they reckon lack of advertising etc, i think as a group of people who are trying to sell on there we could make people more aware, if you have facebook, maybe we can all update out status for a day, greenmetropolis.com a great place to purchsae all your books or something along those lines, if they aint doing it, then we need to make it happen ourselves, maybe adding if others could add it as their status for just one day, you will be surprised by how many facebook friends may actually post it as well, so free advertising, may even get some people looking on their to buy OUR books?
what do you say? shall we go update our status now, lolThanks to all who post comps :T0 -
Well what a lovely shiny new thread! Loving the new first post, with all the info in it thanks
My ebay items are going well...in a week i have sold £173 worth of stuff, all things i had anyway so im counting as 100% profit! Most of it are my old stock of Usborne books, but alot of clothes too (clothes were on auction and have all ended)
Looking into what i can start buying to sell on. There is a car boot near me on the 17th for £10 per car so ill probably go there to see what i can sell from my car boot pile, see what sells well as i have a eclectic mix of things! Then use the info for the future
Keep going guys, we are all doing great xx
PS I did have one downfall..... i bought one of those Harrods Meerkats on ebay for £100 as I have wanted one since they were first released...Im seeing it as a VERY long term investment though!!!Slimming World Member - Started 05/02/150 -
