Some insurane companies dont even ask to see proof of NCD now, they can find it themselves, I found this out myself when i changed insurers in December.
I would have had the same problem, 11 years NCD but my renewal just said 5+.
Same here I have 20yrs no claims and most just say 5 yrs xxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -
