  • Hi Perky61
Very interested in the information. We too have crossed swords with the notorious Shakespeare Classic crew. Do you know the name of the disqualified diector please? Has anyone come across the Opal telemarketing from Exmouth?

The marketing team from exmouth uses numerous names and companies to get the unwary to exhibitions. I read the interesting post where a "victim" was thrown out for saying NO.
  • It is obviously a while since anyone has posted anything on this topic. I would like to know if anything has happened regarding an 'action group' or something similar.

I would also like to discuss via PM with any other fractional owners, particularly those with the Yachts project to gain their views on the current position.

    Many thanks
  • I too have an FO with SCL and would like to hear from others about the supposed ROI - we are into year 2, not due for any ROI until year 4

  • I found this today on the Timeshare Association Website. It may be of interest to those who have had dealings with them in the past. Look for scl on the timeshare.org website for more info.

At the July hearing the date for the main hearing was set at 3 April 2013 in the Warwick Crtown Court
  • Hi all has any one out there managed to get out of the Shakespeare fraction on the boats in turkey as we have not received any payment for the last three years. We have paid them and had no holidays from it, they are now saying they want £4000 to get out of the contract
