  • after 3 hours I am finally at payment screen but not going through, the details are correct. I will read previous post in a second but do not want to to time out.
  • Hi everyone - I booked mine last night with my priority code but like a lot of people, other family now want to come and to ensure they get same park and date was wanting to book online. I have seen a couple of posts with reference to a Daily Mail offer but can't find this online? Does anyone have a link please?

    If you get past the secure payment page (not the sun one) that your card company provides then you should be ok I think. Just check your email to see if payment has been taken. Hopefully confirmation email should follow, though not necessarily straight away, good luck!!

    Hi, Which Park Resorts are you staying at? We are going to Nodes Point at the beginning of July.:j
    We stayed at Park Resorts (Camber Sands) last year. Once we had received the info, my Mother-In-Law treated us to an upgrade. So she just phoned them and they sorted it straight away. So you should be ok, fingers crossed.
    We are planning on doing the same again.

    Luckily we booked last night, managed to get Haven Craig Tara for 25th October.. Just out of interest my booking ref was around 950 which i assume was how many people had booked so far. What's it up to now??

    The specified order cannot be found, or the order is already paid.
    I will try again much later. Must go out before shops shut, should have gone out hours ago. I wished I had tried earlier. Good luck everyone. If all the buttons are not showing the payment button is on the left not centre or right.
  • i got to the payment screen and put all payment in and pressed process after about 5 mins it crashed with this error message

    after checking emails i have a paymnet confirmation from sun saying payment recieved and showing gone out of bank thats where it all jammed though i have a booking ref but dont know if i got my holiday cant afford to risk paying again i have tried to find a phone number but only number i found dosenot start till 25th november and holiday camp not answering so i am now stuck as money gone out but dont know if i got holiday as jammed up no email from holiday camp yet i will keep rining and if i go back to the page to look it takes me back to the start to book whole holiday again i am so fed up took about 5 hours now not sure what is happening :confused::mad:

    angel0079 that's the message I got, check your emails to see if you got payment confirmation (not booking conifrmation) I did and later got confirmation.
