how far did you get, i got to the verfied by visa then tried to get to confirmation and then it crashed, if you look at previous few posts you'll see I got confirmation email about 2hrs later, after sending message via contact us page

I was lucky to get a priority ref this year and managed to book yesterday, thanks to the person who put the last code word on here. I was toying with idea of buying another code as my mother in law usually gets one for us as well but she didnt get one this year. When I checked I was disgusted to see that someone was selling the guessed code for about £10 buy it now but luckily someone else has put a false listing saying telling people the code.

I didn't buy another code as I thought that £25 average asking price was a bit steep.

Is it me or were we allowed to book easter last year? The 02 April wasn't in the book and was not on the drop down list. I got my 2nd choice date and first choice park for isle of wight. I found the upgrade thing problematic but then realised after looking through the book that this only applies to the parks that have that luxury plus symbol next to them. Last year it was hard to get upgrade with park resorts as they had already allocated people the silver and gold caravans (these people still had to pay the difference i was told) due to overbooking. I was told I should have put my request in the details box but I couldnt see one when booking this year. We needed upgrade as my Bro in law is asthmatic and we wanted a caravan that had not had pets in it. Has anyone else ever encountered this problem?? I am going to try and contact the park direct on Monday but it may be too soon for them to help us??

I got 2 the same part
just received Holiday confirmation aswell & time of payment was when i done my last attempt, so hopefully i wont get over charged

Have never had so much trouble with booking online, done it about 5 yrs now and am sure they usually open the site officially on a Thurs or Fri, can't ever remember it being a Saturday (I know it went live last night), maybe thats why its creaking under the strain, so many of us up this morning trying to book!!!

I'm having a nightmare trying to book. I've reserved a holiday but every time I try and pay it just fails connecting to the secure payment server with

"An error comunicating with streamline has occurred (4-)"

That's the Sun's spelling mistake BTW.

Posting on here must have fixed it, holiday now booked!

Ivonao, just keep rertrying/refreshing. it took me ges to get on the site and ages to actually find a holiday and book it but I'm happy now with £39.50 for four nights during the Easter holidays.
