been trying to book for ages get to the review charges screen then it crashes, it takes ages to get there

Hi all managed to go to payment page and verified by visa page, but no further, no confirmation page. Have checked emails and have email from visa saying payment has gone through but no confirmation email. Have no booking ref. Have no idea if booking went through properly. And to top it off BT Yahoo Mail have decided to do an update!! Help!!! Is there a number to ring, not sure I can email them as have no booking ref.
