What should I do? Take them back to the shop, email them or somethng else???
This has happened to us a few times. My Fiance eats loads of them. We bought about 10 packs and half the packs contained chipatis stuck together. We rang the complaint number and they sent a £3 store card thing which I didn't think was appropriate as I had to go back there to spend it. I now make my own chipatis ;-)ummm..... ummm.....Damn! Can't think of anything remotely amusing, clever, witty or intelligent.0 -
NoI have today phoned Coke and Hovis, I brought a 6 pack of DCoke and got to the last can and it was ...empty all sealed so they gonna send out a box for me to return it. And Hovis because brought a loaf of their invisible crust the orange one and it is all heavy and feels really doughy not like a normal loaf got put on hold then put through to an answer phone and someone will get back to me.:rolleyes:I miss my mum every minute of every day

i complained to boots last week because the assistant didnt scan my toni &guy extra 300 points voucher on a over £9 pound spend- i spent £10.50 but only realised when i got home. I emailed a complaint to say i would be returning the products which i did. I receieved a very apologetic response and 500 points. I complained to superdrug about some wipes that caused a reaction and recieved an email to return the products which i forgot to do.
I emailed simple to praise their skincare range- they sent me a very cheerful letter with some vouchers.Love can tame the wildest0 -
NoI had to complain when the company my neighbour had contracted drilled through a water pipe and my newly decorated kitchen suffered with horrible discoloured water coming through my lightfitting and dripping alll over the freshly painted walls, I'll now need to redecorate...........again, however I received a £60 cheque in the post to compensate for my having to repaint the walls and ceiling, I thought that was fair and they were very pleasant about things. Ive still got leftover paint, hoping that will be enough to redecorate, but if not, It wont cost me £60 for a new tin. Im still waiting to hear from aldi's re: the incident with my son.........see a few threads back in nov.........will deal with that one in writing for sure, might even see a lawyer!!!! xxThis above all: to thine own self be true, And it must follow, as the night the day, Thou canst not then be false to any man. When I got food poisoning from Greggs, the 6 girls all fell ill within a couple of hours, I couldn't even get out of bed to get to the nearest doctor as they're so far away, but other girls went and complained, and we got nothing from Greggs, not even an apology, sounds like I was the worst affected, I was off for 4 days with poisoning, then extra 3 days to recover and recover from dehydration. Was so angry at not even getting an apology~*Cerenia*~

YesI've written a letter of complaint to Boots but now I don't know if I have done the right thing as it was quite serious.
I was shopping in store the day before Christmas eve with my partner. I walked to the top of the escalator to go to the ground floor and tripped up on a large piece of clear packing plastic (the type you wrap round crates of stock) which had been left right at the top of the escalator. 3 Boots staff witnessed this and one ran up after I'd tripped to grab the plastic and run off to dispose of it. None of them asked how I was. If my boyfriend hadn't caught me I would have fallen face first down the escalator. I have a bruised ankle and cut.
Should I leave it and wait for the response or call the store so they can see it on CCTV (or email them?)0
