    Hi guys.

Im hoping someone can help. Ive had alot of problems with tescos lately. its a very long story but basically its something that should have been resolved with one phone call but it has escalated and not been resolved with customer service. I was hoping someone would know the address for head office or an email? thanks x

    Yes
Go to the Customer Care at your local Tesco and ask for the address of Head Office, or phone and ask for it.

I complained about a stupid policy in Iceland and the way I was treated by a staff member, and only got an email back explaining about their policy (no passport, no alcohol - who carries their passport about with them?!), and no apology about the rude staff member.
