Hi
I have just sent a text, so I could donate £5 to the DEC / Haiti appeal.
Before I donated I had a balance £10.20p
After I donated I had a balance of 10p.
I am more than happy to donate £10, but have Tesco charged me £5, for the message I sent?
Cheers0 -

Not sure what happened there - did you get two texts from DEC?
I did this on a sim with £7 and had £1.90 at the end.0 -

Do they take the points off you if you take something back? So you couldnt pay one and then take it back jsut to get the points?0

I have bought the phones on tesco direct. When do I get the clubcard points on my account? Would I have gotten them quicker if id bought in store?
Also if I had bought the phones via the groceries section of their site, rather than the tesco direct, would I have been eligible for the £10 off first purchase cashback?0 -

With it being a tesco phone, and quite obvious it came from their shop, i am hoping they will exchange/gift card it. if you took it back with the receipt id say its highly likely theyll take the points back, wouldnt risk it. but even a gift card for the same amount will still save you £xx amount on food/essentials or whateverEveryone who thanks me when ive helped will get a 5% share when I win this weeks Euromillions......:p0 -

I bought one on tesco direct and the points were on my account before my phone had even arrived (it was one day late), so yeh they were there by the next day. no matter what theyl be on there for the next send out anyway i think. I cant see why you wouldnt still get £10 off groceries. it only says £50 minimum spend exclusions is things like tobacco, baby milk etc.Everyone who thanks me when ive helped will get a 5% share when I win this weeks Euromillions......:p0 -
I thought they might jut give me the money back and take the points back. Would be good if they gave me voucher as then i can use it on food and still get the 1000 points? If they would do that?sadeelisha wrote: »With it being a tesco phone, and quite obvious it came from their shop, i am hoping they will exchange/gift card it. if you took it back with the receipt id say its highly likely theyll take the points back, wouldnt risk it. but even a gift card for the same amount will still save you £xx amount on food/essentials or whatever0 -
