  • Going back to the card thing, I'd say you're best running a malware and anti-virus scan to be on the safe side.

Heheh- thanks again - as for the above - aye everything is all up to date (Husband makes sure of that)
My personal thought was that the system had a hiccup and tried to process the CC request more than once - flagged to my bank, they declined it, I tried my DC and that was fine. However I still would've liked a reply / confirmation from their security dept to either say - oops yes our system had a bit of a fit - sorry, or hmmm, err nowt to do with us duck!

    :)

Voilla - telephone number which at present they're not answering!
    :rotfl:

    Following on from my query..
I went to their parent company shop - CPW this morning to ask for help & advice - and to be fair the manager was really helpful and understanding
He tried to call them and couldn't get through (but they apparantly have the same number to call which is odd - ho hum)
I tried the - hey! if you can match their offer close enough I'll cancel my order with them and order it with you... BUT
Lo & behold they'd shipped my item out this morning - LMAO
He explained the distance selling act and my right to cancel & a couple other tips.

So - looks like I'd best wait till Monday .....

Don't forget that the distance selling regulations state that the timer for returning/cancelling is 7 working days from when you receive the item. Hopefully everything is as you wish and you have no need to cancel :)
